We want to make you aware of scheduled downtime for the HID Authentication Service for 15 minutes as part of regular planned maintenance on: • Tuesday, November 19th, 2024 between 10:30 and 10:45 pm (PDT) • Wednesday, November 20th, 2024 between 12:30 and 12:45 am (CST) • Wednesday, November 20th, 2024 between 01:30 and 01:45 am (EST) • Wednesday, November 20th, 2024 between 06:30 and 06:45 am (UTC)
We will use this time to upgrade our infrastructure and we chose this time of day to minimize the impact on your business operations.
The Authentication Service and all services or solutions that require it to function may be unavailable during the entire maintenance period, however, we expect them to be inaccessible for less than a minute.
